The spreadsheet dupsimS2.xls resides on the monecle.qbicinternet.co.uk webspace.   download now and save to disk . The How to Use it txt file should be saved also.  I would encourage you virus check any potential executable (a rightmousebuttonclick on the file icon should provide a virus check option in the context menu).  I would also recommend validating the  MD5 checksum of the file.  (MD5 info here) .  Calculate the checksum before the spreadsheet is opened otherwise you will have to download it again.   MD5 Checksum  is 498956fb6650430254634181df4671a3 dupsimS2.xls

 this spreadsheet contains macros

I know. I wrote them.  Running dupsimS2.xls will most likely spawn caution warnings from windows about macros, however it  cannot run without macros ‘enabled’: You can still look at the spreadsheet (and the vba macro code) but nothing will happen when you press the buttons. My routines just move data around the spreadsheet and toss virtual coins. No writing to the registry. No changing settings. No interacting with other programs. Remember much of the trusted and signed software you install does all of the above NOs and sometimes causes severe problems. Your excel macro security setting (tools macro security) must be changed to MEDIUM if you wish to run the spreadsheet . On loading a spreadsheet with macros you will be a prompted to leave the macros disabled (default) or to enable them. The medium security level applies to all MSO applications (Word, Publisher, Presentation etc). If you load an MSO document with macros in it that are not certified/signed the prompt will pop. Once you are finished with the spreadsheet you can always change security it back to high. So you either do not run it at all, or checkout the spreadsheet and vba components before reloading with security = medium or trust that I am competent to write platonic code, that I have virus checked the uploaded xls file, and that  the file is secure with MD5 validation.  I call heads.
